Metron fabrication facilities handle multiple, fast-track projects for onshore modules. We fabricate plate and structural steel, piping and complex modular assemblies. Our facilities can fabricate individual components, provide large subassemblies, and trial fit and match mark large assemblies. We also perform painting, blasting, post-weld heat treating, nondestructive examination and testing.
We are Specialist of fabricated piping systems and a leading provider of piping fabrication, particularly in induction bending. We develop and use proprietary welding techniques, computer applications for material control, production scheduling and fabrication management. Our commitment to investing in technology ensures enhanced performance and reliability in meeting project execution requirements. Through our master material distribution arm, we can source material worldwide and mill-direct while maintaining a large inventory of standard stock, pre-buy and pre-bill material for projects.

Pipe Fabrication
Pipe fabrication is the process of welding piping components such as pipes, elbows, tees, flanges, etc., into engineered piping systems in exact accordance with our customers’ design requirements. We have facilities strategically placed around the country that use state-of-the-art technologies and processes. Metron is your total piping solution, providing:

Smart Plant Drafting Software
We are one of the most advanced users of Smart Plant in Pakistan. The program is compatible with any 3D pipe model output and is fully customizable for your project needs:
- Uploads bills of material (BOM) automatically
- Calculates factored diameter inches (FDI)
- Creates erection isometrics
- Feeds downstream departments and tools with minimal interface
PROCESS PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Modern process plants are complex and interrelated.
